Shipping: As each product is customized, orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery with DHL Express takes an additional 2–3 working days worldwide. Within the UAE, the delivery time is just 1-2 working days.
Returns: Non-customized products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customized or engraved products cannot be returned, unless there is a functional issue.
Please note: Items must be returned in original condition (including box) with proof of purchase. If a product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it at no extra cost.
