Luxury Customized iPhones: Strict Return Policy

At Coolmix Gold we pride ourselves on delivering luxurious, tailor-made iPhones that reflect the personal style and preferences of each client. As each device is crafted to your exact specifications, returns are subject to strict conditions to ensure fairness and protect the exclusivity of our products.


Return Eligibility

  1. Custom Color Options (Non-Logo Customizations):
    If you have chosen only a color customization (such as gold, Tiffany blue, emerald green, etc.) without any logo or engraving, you may return the device under the following conditions:

    • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

    • The iPhone must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage, including any marks on the device, scratches, or alterations. The original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included and undamaged.

  2. Logo or Personalized Engravings:
    If your iPhone features a logo or any custom engraving, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Custom logos or engravings make the device entirely unique to you, and we cannot resell such items.


Return Process

To initiate a return for custom color-only devices (not including logos or engravings), you must:

  1. Submit Detailed Evidence:
    You are required to submit clear photos and a video showing the condition of the device, including the serial number, and any specific issues you are experiencing.

    • Photos must be clear, showing all angles of the device, including the front, back, sides, and screen.

    • A video demonstrating the condition of the device is also required.

  2. Condition Inspection:
    Once we receive your return request and the supporting images and video, our team will perform a detailed inspection of the device. If the phone shows any signs of use, wear, damage, or alterations, the return request will be automatically denied.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using an insured, traceable shipping service. If the device is lost or damaged during return shipping, no refund will be issued.


Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the device.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding the shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties, which are non-refundable.


Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any iPhone with a logo or engraving (personalized or custom) is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

    • Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

  • Defective or Damaged Devices:
    If your device is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with detailed images and a video to document the issue. We will work with you to resolve any problems, but returns will only be accepted if the device is truly defective and the issue cannot be rectified by repair or replacement.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that customization (whether color or logo) is an exclusive process that makes the product unique to you. Returns are strictly limited to specific circumstances to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of our bespoke products.
