Warranty

We provide a 12-month standard warranty on all customized iPhones. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues resulting from our customization process.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or accidents

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications

• Damage resulting from improper use or neglect

If the issue is caused by the customization or materials used by us, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
